What happens if I cancel my subscription—do I lose course progress?

Course access and progress will remain available for the full duration of your active subscription—unless you specifically request that your user account be removed from our system.


If an account is permanently deleted upon request, all associated course progress and data will be lost.


Important: Account removal is a permanent and irreversible process.
