There are a few options you can try to remedy video playback issues.

Option 1:

Check your internet connection. Make sure you have a stable internet connection to ensure smooth video playback.

Use https://www.speedtest.net/ to test your connection speed.

If the issue persists proceed to Option 2 or Option 3:

Option 2:

Try clearing your browser cache and cookies. [See: How to clear cache]

  1. Open your browser settings and navigate to the "Clear browsing data" or "Privacy and security" section.
  2. Select "Clear browsing data" or "Clear browsing history," then choose the time range and the types of data you want to clear (e.g., cache, cookies, browsing history).
  3. Click on the "Clear data" or "Clear browsing data" button to confirm.
  4. After clearing the cache and cookies, try playing the video again. If the issue persists, proceed to the next step.

This can help resolve playback issues caused by cached data.

Option 3:

Try using a different browser. We recommend using Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, or Apple Safari for optimal compatibility and performance.

If the problem persists after trying the above options, please contact our support team via a ticket Support for further assistance. Provide details about the issue and any troubleshooting steps you have already taken.
